The BlackBerry Style 9760 is a nice looking, though not that thin, clamshell coming in two colors – Steel Grey for the boys and Royal Purple for the gals. On the front there is a small but handy touchscreen and on the back – a 5MP autofocus camera with VGA video recording.
Sprint has told us pricing and some basic specs on the BlackBerry Style 9670, but how about some more solid details direct from the horse’s mouth. RIM has put up the smartphone’s product page, confirming that the clamshell has EVDO Rev.A 3G, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, as well as a 5-megapixel camera with continuous auto-focus, a flash image stabilization and VGA 640 x 480 video recording.
Meanwhile onboard storage consists of 512MB of built-in memory and a bundled 8GB microSD card. Ports include a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB, and the 1,150mAh battery is user-removeable. RIM reckon it’s good for up to 4.5hrs talktime, up to 10.5 days standby or up to 14hrs music playback.
It’s not the first time we get to meet the QWERTY-fied fatty (which you might know as Bold 9670) but today is the day when all questions will be answered. The thing is powered by a 624MHz processor and runs the recently unveiled BlackBerry OS 6.
